We come together for a silent meditation in the evening, via Zoom. The first 10 - 15 minutes are guided - so we talk you into the meditation. We give direction to your attention, your focus. It helps you to relax deeply within yourself. Your physical body is your anchor for your open presence in the here and now. You also learn to be aware of your physical body, energetic body, your emotional body and your mental body.
You observe everything with a loving friendly smile. Pleasant sensations and unpleasant sensations, it doesn't matter. Ultimately, you are not your thoughts, not your feelings, not your emotions. You do have them. You just observe. You observe how all kinds of fluctuations, movements take place in your different bodies, and you don't have to do anything with it, you don't do anything with it. No preferences.... No dislikes.... Then the Mind has nothing left to cling to or to resist against. Then consciousness can be aware of itself... And inner calm and silence come naturally...
