You automatically come to total self-acceptance and unconditional total love for yourself and the world around you.

LLL is a celebration, a celebration of life, a celebration of yourself, your existence.

Then all that remains is to laugh at yourself, at the cosmic joke of existence... Silence then descends on you, by itself...

LLL aims to free your frozen trapped energy. Activating and flowing your Prana/Qi, i.e. your life energy. Sometimes there is something stuck in the mind, sometimes in the physical body and sometimes it is an emotion that is stuck.

By smiling at your disapproval and suppressions, the energy starts flowing again. Everything is allowed to be there, you can be completely present, with all your beautiful and positive sides and also with your 'lesser' sides.

Lachyoga

deeper

A weekly lesson or even a 2 or 3 hour workshop… It usually flies by. By spending a whole day together we can go deeper. That is, we can then let more light shine, and create more awareness, healing and transformation.

What do we do?

Sharing

Connecting

Active and Silent Meditation

Breathwork

Sound bath

Laughing and Crying!

We will also have lunch together, everyone will bring something healthy and tasty to share with each other.

Theme

Everyone has his or her own themes that are playing in your life right now (or for a long time). You include this in your sessions.

Celebration

LLL is a 'celebration', a celebration of life, a celebration of yourself, your existence. That which you previously condemned, rejected, and suppressed, you transform into acceptance, gratitude and celebration.

Silence

Then all that remains is to laugh at yourself, at the cosmic joke of existence... Silence then descends on you, naturally, all by itself...
